Fig & Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

Sara Lee French Vanilla Cheesecake, thawed
Fresh figs, sliced in half
Fresh strawberries, tops removed
Persian fairy floss
Edible gold dust

Method

Arrange a generous amount of Persian fairy floss on top of the Sara Lee French Vanilla Cheesecake. Brush the figs and strawberries with some gold dust, and place them on the cake on top of the fairy floss.

Tips:

  • Persian fairy floss and edible gold dust can be found online or at specialty food or cake decorating shops.
  • It is best to prepare immediately before serving so the fairy floss doesn’t begin to dissolve in the fridge.
  • For an extra sweet addition, drizzle some good quality honey over the assembled Fig & Strawberry Cheesecake.
