Ice Cream Pavlova


Sara Lee French Vanilla Ice Cream
• Pavlova meringue base (store-bought or homemade)
• Whipped cream (to serve)
• Fresh seasonal fruits


1. Remove the Sara Lee French Vanilla Ice Cream from the freezer and leave on the bench until softened slightly.
2. Scoop the softened ice cream and gently arrange on top of the pavlova. Return this to the freezer to ensure the ice cream is completely frozen.
3. When ready to serve, cut or scoop small chunks of the Ice Cream Pavlova into a tall cocktail glass. Layer with whipped cream and fresh seasonal fruits. Return the rest of the pavlova to the freezer to remain frozen.
